Yes! Due to licensing requirements in Ontario, our units must be setup by one of our TSSA licensed technicians. Delivery fees apply.

Our standard rental periods are 8 hours. We can accommodate multiple day, long term rentals, critical pick-up times, etc.

An inflatable will require a reasonably level surface, with approximately 3′ of clearance on all sides of the unit and 2′ above. The unit can be set up on a variety of surfaces including: grass, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and any indoor surface. It is imperative that you let us know, when booking your event, what type of surface we are going to set up on. No hills, sharp angles, or slopes. If you have space/surface related questions, our expert staff will be happy to assist you.

As per ESA and TSSA, each unit must have a dedicated 120 Volt/15 Amp outlet within 100′. Most household outlets meet this requirement. Please note: independent outlets are required for each blower. Power is the customers responsibility, so please ask if you are unsure! If the site does not have sufficient power, you can contact us for the rental of a generator.

Set-up and take down times vary, based on the amount of units to set-up and the event location. Our expert staff will provide you with a set-up start time 1-3 days before your event. It will take about the same amount of time to take the units down and pack up. You do not pay for set-up or take down time. Rental periods include jump time only. We set-up and take down the units outside of your rental period.
